These terms govern your use of the Lux Chauffeur website and any booking made with Lux Drive London Ltd, trading as Lux Chauffeur, Company No. 16074629, operating under TFL Operator Licence No. 0109290101. By booking a journey with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and Quotes
All fares quoted are fixed and agreed before travel, based on the pickup, destination and vehicle selected at the time of booking. Additional charges, such as the London Congestion Charge, tolls or extra waiting time beyond the included allowance, will be confirmed before they are applied.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee, communicated at the time of booking or on request.
Waiting Time
Airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time following flight landing. Hourly and as-directed bookings include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting per stop. Additional waiting time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Passenger Conduct and Vehicle Use
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings, and Lux Chauffeur is not liable for items left in the vehicle, though we make every reasonable effort to return lost property. Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse travel to passengers behaving in a manner that endangers safety.
Liability
Lux Chauffeur maintains full public liability and passenger insurance in accordance with UK private hire regulations. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures or airport operational issues.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
